Biography

Mr. Biova Kabine has over a decade of experience in international business and relations in emerging markets with a focus on Africa. As Senior Director for Programs, Mr. Biova Kabine oversees all Corporate Council on Africa (CCA) programmatic engagements across a range of business sectors, including agribusiness, energy / green energy transition, finance to include institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds, information and communication technology, health products manufacturing and service delivery, physical infrastructure development, and security. Included in his responsibilities is the planning and execution of CCA’s signature event, the U.S.-Africa Business Summit, the premier gathering of private and public sector leaders to provide insights, networking, and connections to advance private sector-led economic development and highlight business opportunities for CCA’s American and African member organizations. In addition, Biova plans and leads trade missions to African nations to increase American businesses’ awareness of opportunities across the African continent, as well as other meetings, conferences and engagements where he provides insights on political and commercial risk, and global market and policy conditions that impact investments by CCA’s member organizations.

Corporate Council on Africa is the leading U.S. business association focused solely on connecting business interests between the United States and Africa. Mr. Kabine holds a master’s degree in International Affairs from Pennsylvania State University, a BA in Foreign Languages and International Business from Nanterre University in Paris, and is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
